How to request items of the stacks

In our catalogue you're able to find books, which are "available for request" (location numbers "01/" or e.g."ab5301/"). These books are standing at our stacks. To get them, you've to order the books via OPAC or information desk. First press the button "Get document", there in the first line " Local holdings - select". The next step is the input of your user number and user password, the last steps are "send" and "ok".
Journals you've to order via the information desk.
Requested items will be delivered Monday to Friday till 2 p.m. (when ordered the same day until 1 p.m.), and will be in store seven days.
